Before I start. I want to let you all know that I think acquire is the funniest spelled word in the english language.
I was thinking about writing a blog, then I thought to myself, I should check NHL.com first. The site finishes loading and off to the side in the recent event section I see… “Avs acquire new goalie” My mind races, has Jose Theodore finally been traded, or is it Budaj who has been traded. My mind was moving so quick that I forgot to click on the link instead I stared typing www.wordpre…. WAIT! I didn’t click the link! So I go back anxious to see who in their right mind took Theodore, and it turns out the avs just traded for this guy that I can’t remember. Nothing significant really, more of a waste of time. WAIT! That was mean. I didn’t mean to call the guy that I can’t remember a waste of time… I think I just shot myself in the foot. Kinda like that time I turned that “You look good today” into a really bad insult. Read about it here.
Anyway. Since starting a new job moving office furniture and stuff like that I have found myself looking for things to think about during the day. I have thought about if I was a GM of a hockey team who I would draft, or would have drafted. I thought about why my legs hurt so bad, then I moved onto… I wonder how many times I cough in a day, or how many times open my cell phone to look what time it is. None of those have an answer yet. So, tomorrow I am going to see how high I can count in one day. I will start once I wake up, and everytime I remember I will start counting again, from where I think I left off. At the end of the day I think I will be around 67,533. I’ll tell you how high I counted in my next update.
I know I am probably boring you to crap, but today at work I signed my life insurance policy, I don’t know if it is a good idea, but if I die, my mom only gets 25 percent, McKenna gets 75 percent.
